Recipe

Farfalle with Shrimps and Cream

Ingredients

  • 200g of farfalle
  • 100g of shrimps
  • 100ml of tomato purèe
  • 100ml of cream
  • _ white onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • 200g of farfalle
  • 100g of shrimps
  • 100ml of tomato purèe
  • 100ml of cream

Guidelines

  • In a large pot, boil plenty water, salt and proceed with the normal cooking of the pasta, for the time on the package.
  • Clean and chop the onion. In a non-stick frying pan, brown the onion with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, then add the shrimps and let them flavor for a few moments.
  • Add the tomato purèe, season with a pich of salt and a sprinkling of pepper and cook over moderate heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Finally, add the cream to the pan and mix well.
  • Turn off the stove.
  • As soon as the pasta is cooked, drain and sauteè in the pan with the seasoning (turn the stove back on).
  • Serve the farfalle with hot shrimps and cream, freshly prepared.
