How to use
Dunk the gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes, squeeze it and dissolve over low heat without boiling. Bring it to room temperature.
Cold use: combine it with ingredients and stir well
At high heat: cover the plates with the gelatine still liquid
Cannot be used with fresh kiwi and pineapple
A 12g bag is suitable to prepare 500g of gelatine
