Recipe

Tomato Soup with with Sun-dried Tomatoes Rolls and bread

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of mashed tomatoes
  • Homemade bread 4 slices
  • Ripe copper tomatoes 500 g
  • Basil 8 leaves
  • Oregano to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt up to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • Ripe copper tomatoes 500 g
  • Basil 8 leaves
  • Oregano to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Black pepper to taste

Guidelines

    Put the Mashed tomatoes in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and some garlic

  • Pour the tomato rolls into a bowl and add the basil leaves.
  • Meanwhile, cut the bread into slices.
  • After the resting time, heat a grill well and place the slices of bread on it.
  • Grill them on both sides until they are browned.
  • At this point distribute the tomato rolls in the bowl together with the tomato sauce. Add the slices of bread, drizzle again with a drizzle of oil and leave to rest for a couple of minutes, then serve your tomato soup with bruschetta bread .
